This viral video sparks controversy among influencers: does Inditex pay them?

Fashion influencers are true trendsetters, whether on Instagram or TikTok, the videos where these content creators show the brands’ latest collections make anyone fill their cart with the latest items of the season. But we have all wondered at some point How do these influencers always have the latest news from giants like Inditex in their hands? It was precisely this question that started the latest viral controversy in the universe of influencers.

The fashion content creator Mada Marino has revolutionized the networks with a video where he reveals that Inditex gives him a gift card every month. «Inditex gives me a 150 euro card every month» He explained about the card he receives on behalf of Pull&Bear, one of the verticals of the textile giant. “You can spend that card at Inditex and show off the news and things you like.”

But, the comments on this publication, which already exceeds a million views, are a real avalanche of other content creators who deny this information and assure that they have not received cards from the brand. Among the most notable comments are those of Natalia Palacios o Marina Barrialwho point out that this is not reality.

Because IT SEEMS, that SOME influences have infinite money at Zara? I think it is super necessary to explain these things!! Because otherwise the teas become extreme consumerism and the influences seem crazy from Zara… this is my case and I assure you that from now on I will be much more direct with everything I say💓 I will give you a card soon!!!

Inditex’s collaboration with influencers sparks controversy on social networks

This controversy between influencers has generated great interest among users, and many followers of Mada Mariño have appreciated the content creator’s transparency. “I hope that the videos I make in that style are useful to you so you can see how the clothes look and you can get inspired (that’s my only goal with those videos),” he highlighted in one of his comments.

In a later video, she highlighted being surprised by some of the comments on the viral publication. «We all know that advertising is done on social networks and that brands give things away. This is another way of giving things away, “Why aren’t we surprised when a brand sends three items of clothing to an influencer, but it does surprise you when Pull&Bear gives you a card so you can choose the things yourself?”.

@madamarino

This week I am giving you an Inditex card paid for by me for you, thanks to those of you who understand me 🫂❤️
