Urbaser presents Lucas, his new artificial intelligence avatar


Urbaserglobal environmental management company, takes another step in its commitment to innovation and sustainability with the presentation of Lucas, his new corporate avatar developed with artificial intelligence. It is a pioneer tool in the sector, designed to communicate in a close, rigorous and modern way how Urbaser works every day to build cleaner, efficient and resilient cities.

Lucas will now be an active voice in Urbaser’s digital communication strategy, with special prominence in social networks and audiovisual content. Its function is not only informative, but also pedagogical and emotional: it will translate complex technical processes into understandable messages for all citizens, and value the work of human teams that are part of the company.
