The CE accuses Tiktok of skipping the law due to lack of transparency in its ads
Tiktok is in the peephole of the community authorities and the violation of the laws currently in force in the old continent could eventually cost the social network from China. Tiktok could face a sanction equivalent to 6% of its global turnover
