The new stylist propelled by Mango is part of the Strategic Plan 2024-2026 of the Spanish firm and aspires to generate value through the amalgam of technological development, data management, AI and excellence in the operational level.
Mango Stylist is born from the brand’s vocation to create hybrid experiences that combine traditional navigation and natural conversations supported by AI. In this way, the customer can interact with the brand in a different and closer way to convert each purchase into an inspirational experience.
The tool also integrates the post -sales virtual assistant Iris (already active in some of the markets in which Mango operates) To make available to the client a single point of conversational contact when attending to their consultations. In this way, through a single channel the customer can raise consultations before and after the purchase and simultaneously nourish ideas and inspiration when creating their “outfits.”
Since 2018 Mango has developed more than 15 “Machine Learning” platforms in which the AI is applied to different points in the company’s value chain (from the price to the design through customer service).
